Sophie normally spends 1–1.5 hours a day in the gym using the treadmill, StairMaster and similar equipment, so I created a workout tailored to her goals while also pushing her outside of her comfort zone. It gave me a great insight into the areas she wants to focus on, and I’m really looking forward to continuing our sessions together.
